Conditions under which dogs are accepted for grooming.

1. The dog is fit, health and is vaccinated. Grooming of sick or elderly dogs is done at owners' risk. If your dog's health causes concern to us while in our care, you agree to us seeking veterinary advice at your expense.

2. I agree that the groomer will not be held liable or responsible for any underlying skin or health problems that the groomer may expose.

3. The groomer cannot be held responsible for the standard of grooming or mishaps that may occur while grooming dogs with behavioural problems.

4. I understand that if my pet needs extra time spent on him/her due to matting or behavioural there will be an extra charge for this.

5. I understand that if my dogs coat is matted, the groomer may have to shave off their coat due to the Animal Welfare Act (2006) If this is to occur the pet may take a few days to adjust to their new coat. I understand when shaving off my pet's coat there is a risk of cutting the dog.

6. I agree to my contact details being stored to enable you to contact me by email, text or telephone, in emergencies, booking reminders, special offers and collections. I understand this can be withdrawn at any time.

7. Any data we hold will not be provided to any other person or business except by law.
